We were kinda surprised by the beautiful surroundings and excellent views at Clint Lodge. The staff gave us a warm welcome and even offered us tea upon arrival, served in proper china cups and saucers with delicious cake and shortbread. The comfort of the lovely hotel and the homemade soda bread and preserves added a good touch to our stay. We also appreciated the dog-friendly atmosphere, making us feel right at home with our furry friend. The breakfast choices were abundant and everything was homemade, a standout experience. Despite a minor inconvenience of not having showers in the bathrooms, the large and clean room more than made up for it. I highly recommend this hotel for a nice and enjoyable stay.

During my Christmas stay, I loved the warm and friendly hospitality of the hosts. They made me feel right at home and their cute and extremely friendly dog was an added bonus. The breakfast in the morning was delicious, with a fantastic choice of options to satisfy any appetite. The breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside were another highlight, providing a serene and picturesque atmosphere for my holiday.
I was disappointed to find that the double bed in my room was actually two singles pushed together, which was slightly uncomfortable. the hotel's remote location made it a bit tricky to find, especially with unreliable GPS directions.

I had a wonderful 3-day stay at Clint Lodge. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I had an amazing night's sleep. The breakfast options were fantastic, and the meal I had was superb. The hosts were very accommodating and even provided wine when we didn't bring any. The location was perfect for my fishing trip, and the view from my room was absolutely breathtaking. The property itself was lovely and cozy, and the host's border terrier, Toots, was a delight.
Would definitely recommend this hotel.

The amazing view from our bedroom window at Clint Lodge was nice. It made waking up each morning feel like a dream. The hosts were cute and were great too make our stay nice. They even lit a cozy log fire in the drawing room just for us, creating a relaxing atmosphere. The room was warm, comfortable, and impeccably clean. The delicious breakfast, with a variety of options to choose from, was the perfect start to our day. We also appreciated the loaned cuff-links when we forgot ours for the wedding. Despite a slight inconvenience of no ensuite bathroom in our room, the private bathroom across the hallway was solely for our use, so it wasn't a major issue. Clint Lodge offered a unique and special experience, making our short stay a nice one. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a charming rural retreat with excellent hospitality.

We were pleasantly surprised by the picturesque views from our room, which truly added to the romantic atmosphere of our escape. the warm and friendly welcome we received upon arrival made us feel instantly comfortable and at home. the homemade breakfast served each morning was absolutely delicious and provided the perfect start to our day.
We were not particularly fond of the shower setup in our room. the shower curtain over the bath was a bit of a pet hate, as it felt less modern and convenient compared to a separate shower.
